Too Long Didn’t Read TLDR: 1. Easy to access with plenty of parking. 2. They got a drive through touch less wash too. 3. Competitive pricing for the services offered 4. Friendly Customer Service. 5. Good Communication. 7. Decent waiting room. 6 Nice Owner. Recently, I got my wife’s Volkswagen Golf R engine bay steam cleaned here. Earlier this year I had the car detailed somewhere else because I didn’t know about Karmichael Auto Salon. I wish I did, because this shop is much nicer than the other two detailing places I have tried since moving to Everett recently. (I get my Mustang detailed too) The two other detailers off the 99 highway did a pretty good job. But i’ll be taking my car to Karmichael for the next polish/wax. I was happy with how clean the engine looked(see pictures) and their pricing is the same or cheaper than what I have experienced before. I used to patronize detailers in San Diego where I’m from as well. So I know what good value is. Also, I liked that I got a call back by the owner when I called right when they opened and nobody answered. He is at the shop with the detailers and will take care of you and your vehicle. I like shops like that.

The Karmichel team did a great job getting my 10 year old truck looking new. I went with the Platinum package and the end result was fantastic. The engine bay looks brand new after the steam cleaning treatment and they were able to get my paint looking great after paint correction, polish, and a wax job. I could be happier - highly recommend Mike and his team for your detail work.

This was my first experience having one of my cars professionally detailed and let me just say: I love my cars and I feel like I do a really good job cleaning them myself and take really good care of them, but wow. My car has NEVER been this clean. Ever. They’re professionals for a reason. My car pretty much looks brand new even though it’s 8 years old, I couldn’t be happier. Not a speck of dust to be found and even the carbon fiber trim feels polished with a mirror finish. These guys do a great job, I would definitely recommend them. I will be looking into getting a ceramic coating done with them.

The automated car wash does not work. Horrible clean and the air blade pulled the rubber trim off the top of my Tacoma. I pushed the trim back in before taking pictures so that’s not shown, I hope it will stay in place after being blown out.. What an awful place compared to a Brown Bear that uses the big brushes. The automated booth has no brushes. Now, I’m paying the money for the self scrub that they have here and will go waste my own time and money on that so I can at least have a clean truck. Shameful quality Karmichael. I live in Mukilteo and you don’t deserve to be here with these cheap ineffective automated car wash booths. I only post good reviews, but this is just so awful that I had to pass the word.

This business gets a lot of hate because Google Maps does not show the correct information. Three businesses share the space, Karmichael Auto Detailer, a pot shop, and a self-service car wash. You should either take over the car wash or move locations, your business will forever suffer because of it.
